If you are interested in having a corset or gown made, the first stage is to arrange a consultation. I work from my home studio in Sheffield, where I am happy to welcome you. I am also able to travel to meet you at your home by arrangement, though I may ask for travel costs if you live a very long way from Sheffield
During the initial consultation, we will discuss your design ideas, possible styles, fabrics, colour and detail, and I will take your measurements. Together we will come up with a unique and beautiful design that expresses your personality and taste, and flatters your figure.
I will give you a quotation for the proposed design, and if you decide to go ahead we will book a series of fittings. These are done in calico to begin with, to perfect the fit before making up the corset or gown in the final fabrics. Because of this it is possible to change aspects of the design along the way if necessary.
The final fitting you attend is to collect (and try on) the finished garment.
If you are getting married, I will come and help you dress on the day to ensure your gown is laced correctly, and you look perfect.
Nothing can compare to the feel of a corset created for your curves alone. A corset can be made to flatter and enhance any figure, making you feel like you've never felt before.
